It’s been rough lately for many Black entrepreneurs in the Twin Cities, reeling from the one-two punch of Covid-19 and the killing of George Floyd . But there’s some good news: The Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), a community development financial institution that focuses on supporting small businesses in disadvantaged Twin Cities neighborhoods, has received a $125,000 grant from PayPal to shore up its assistance to Black-owned businesses.
